Fees

Court Appearance - $295.00

If you have already filed your Failure to Pay and need us to go to court for you.
If we already have hearings on that day & time the fee is $95.
If we do not have hearings on the date of your hearing the fee is $185.
Call the office to determine our schedule. The system will automatically charge $140 (appearance fee), and you will be refunded the difference if we already have hearings that day and time.
Customers are not obligated to move to the next step, but each step is non-refundable once processed.

Failure to Pay - $250.00

This fee includes court costs for 1/tenant and 1 court appearance

Warrant of Restitution - $215.00

Fee to process and the Court costs are included

Meeting Sheriff (Stand-In) - $135.00

We will meet the sheriff at the scheduled time of the eviction to sign and confirm any paperwork.  Additional fees may apply for for eviction crew and locksmith

Locksmith - $180.00 plus $50.00/knob & $90 if Drill Off needed 

Price includes gaining entry into the property.  Price to add new locks is $45 per knob.  Vanity locks will be replaced with standard locks.   Job of locksmith at eviction is to ensure the unit is secured from anyone trying to re-enter.

Eviction Fees 

Movers - $75/hr per mover
Box of Trash Bags - $35/each
Hauling Truck if needed - $225
