If we already have hearings on that day & time the fee is $95.
If we do not have hearings on the date of your hearing the fee is $185.
Call office to determine our schedule. System will auto charge $140 (appearance fee), and you will get refunded difference if we already have hearings that day & time.
Customers are not obligated to move to next step, but once processed, each step is non-refundable.
We will meet the sheriff at the scheduled time of the eviction to sign and confirm any paperwork. Additional fees may apply for for eviction crew and locksmith
Price includes gaining entry into the property. Price to add new locks is $45 per knob. Vanity locks will be replaced with standard locks. Job of locksmith at eviction is to ensure the unit is secured from anyone trying to re-enter.
